Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking a Technical Product Leader to drive development and delivery of advanced power-electronics for aerospace. You will lead across products like inverters, converters, and electronic starters, translating customer needs into actionable product priorities while ensuring schedule, cost and quality targets are met.

Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) with minimum 10 years experience or an advanced degree with minimum 7 years experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical baseline across aerospace power-electronics products.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for customers and translate feedback into priorities.
• Own and prioritize product activities to align with program objectives.
• Coordinate across engineering and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Drive high-quality delivery while addressing risks impacting performance, cost, schedule or quality.
• Evaluate customer requests with feasibility, impact and path forward.
• Support proposals and deliveries, balancing requirements with resources and schedule.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities to improve product value and profitability.
• Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to maintain alignment on objectives and direction.
• Develop and maintain the product roadmap with milestones and future capabilities.
• Interface with internal teams to ensure alignment with budget, schedule and targets.
• Anticipate risks and guide teams in decision-making to move the product forward.
