Job summary

Qualifications

• BS/MS in an engineering discipline (Electrical or Mechanical preferred).
• Minimum 6 years of experience in electronics product development with team leadership.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Willingness to travel occasionally; DoD/ITAR experience and security clearance advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop a functional team strategy to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Drive and support execution of team projects across technical reviews, design evaluation, risk mitigation, test procedures, and cost reviews.
• Align team objectives with business goals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure engineering projects support company strategy.
• Lead the functional team in electronics product development from concept to production.
• Ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and track progress against metrics.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
• Develop and implement engineering processes to improve efficiency and quality, using rigorous engineering practices.
