Job summary

Collins Aerospace, part of RTX, seeks a Product Manager to own a portfolio of SDE electronics products through development, production, and field performance. You’ll drive strategy, financial outcomes, customer satisfaction, and competitiveness while meeting cost, schedule, and technical performance.

The role requires strong communication with customers and senior leaders and collaboration across multiple functions; travel is 10–20% as needed.

Qualifications

• University degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 5+ years.
• U.S. Person required; access to ITAR/EAR information or hardware.
• Experience in program or product management and aerospace contracts.

Responsibilities

• Own full product lifecycle from development to sustainment.
• Lead an IPT for the full lifecycle, capacity readiness and lifecycle cost targets.
• Own pricing strategy and profitability for the product line.
• Oversee funding for continuous improvement initiatives (yield, reliability, cost).
• Interface with customers and senior leadership; collaborate across functions.
• Travel 10-20% as required.
