Ulteig seeks a Product Manager to lead a strategic automation initiative focused on modular power substation design. You will own the product lifecycle, define the roadmap, and translate business needs into clear requirements for design automation tools.

This role partners with engineering, operations, and technology teams to drive measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in design-related fields, strong communication, and a track record of delivering automation solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Design, Business Management, or other related field.
• 8+ years of experience in design-related fields; automation, digital design, or BIM experience preferred.
• Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and workstreams while meeting deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
• Strong communication skills and cross-functional collaboration.
• Openness to innovation with evolving technology and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify and frame problems by engaging with stakeholders and users.
• Define product vision and 6–12 month roadmap aligned with objectives.
• Translate vision into actionable requirements for design automation products.
• Build the business case linking features to measurable goals.
• Validate MVPs and early concepts with stakeholder feedback.
• Own the product backlog and acceptance criteria.
• Support daily execution and quick prioritization calls.
• Accept completed work and manage releases.
• Develop and maintain artifacts like journey maps, analytics, and dashboards.
