Job summary

Ulteig, a forward-thinking energy infrastructure company in the United States, seeks a Product Manager to lead automation initiatives for renewables substation and energy storage design. You’ll own the product lifecycle, craft roadmaps, and collaborate with engineering, operations, and partners to deliver data-driven, actionable automation solutions that drive measurable business impact.

You will define requirements, validate concepts via MVPs, and manage a backlog while coordinating releases

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Design, Business Management, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in design-related fields; automation, digital design, or BIM experience preferred.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects and meet aggressive deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of primary design authoring and supporting software platforms; knowledge of web applications is preferred.
• Must have authorization to work permanently in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Identify and frame problems with stakeholders to anchor work in real needs.
• Define product vision and 6–12 month roadmap aligned with strategic objectives.
• Translate vision into clear requirements and actionable plans for design automation products.
• Build business cases linking features to measurable goals.
• Validate MVPs and early concepts with stakeholder feedback before broader investment.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog and acceptance criteria.
• Support daily execution, answer questions, and make rapid prioritization decisions.
• Verify completed work meets acceptance criteria and produces value.
• Coordinate releases with stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Maintain key artifacts like product requirements, journey maps, and dashboards.
