Job summary

ITW Alpine, part of ITW, seeks a Product Manager to lead strategy and commercial performance for a portfolio of software and equipment products. You will own P&L, drive growth, and align product direction with market opportunities, partnering with Product Owners in an Agile environment.

Leverage customer and market insights to define value-driven solutions, support GTM execution, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-impact results. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA a plus.
• 6+ years’ experience as Product Owner with a development team.
• Experience owning product strategy and roadmaps.
• Familiarity with customer-back innovation or stage-gate frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Up to 25% travel.
