Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for a major Claude Science area.
• Spend meaningful time with scientists and synthesize insights into priorities.
• Partner with research to define evals and surface failure modes.
• Drive model and feature launches end-to-end with cross-functional teams.
• Identify scientific domains and data sources Claude Science should support next.
• Prototype ideas with Claude to validate before engineering time.
• Work with safeguards, security, and enterprise partners for trusted use.
• Ensure enterprise readiness, including security and deployment controls.
• Prioritize ruthlessly across domains and customer segments.
• Define success metrics for AI research and development products.
