Job summary

Dotdigital's Alia team seeks an experienced Product Manager to own the self-serve merchant journey, from signup through activation and expansion. You will translate expert campaigns into scalable product experiences and work with Engineering, Design, Support, and Onboarding to deliver value at scale.

You will shape the product function in a startup-like environment, reporting to the Chief Customer Officer, with autonomy to define planning, prioritization, and requirements processes as the team

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
• Track record improving activation, retention, or conversion metrics.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven approach.
• Experience designing onboarding flows or lifecycle experiences.
• Ability to collaborate across Engineering, Design, and customer-facing teams.
• Comfort building process as needed.
• Clear written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for self-serve merchants.
• Define and track key metrics such as activation, retention, and upgrades.
• Identify friction points using analytics and merchant feedback.
• Translate CSM playbooks into in-app guidance and templates.
• Collaborate with Support and Onboarding to reduce tickets via better design.
• Run onboarding experiments and decide based on results.
• Write PRDs and work with Eng/Design from discovery to launch.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Revenue on pricing and lifecycle comms.
• Help define how product management works at Alia.
