Alchemy is seeking a Senior Product leader to own the self-serve dashboard and growth engine for developers. You will partner with API, data, Wallets, and Billing teams to optimize the funnel from signup to first paid workload and beyond.

You will drive experimentation culture, instrument the funnel, and shape AI-agent onboarding as usage shifts toward agent-mediated workflows across our MCP server and developer tools.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product, with deep time on developer platforms, APIs, or infrastructure.
• Proven product-led growth leadership: self-serve funnel at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own the dashboard and sign-up flow, first key, first call, usage visibility, upgrade paths.
• Own developer experience end-to-end: docs, SDKs, quickstarts, error messages, sandbox and testnet flows.
• Design the developer journey from docs to first API call to paid workload; improve onboarding and economics.
