Synthesia, a leading AI video platform, is seeking a Product Manager to own the Interactive Avatar API. You will work with engineering and research to shape the developer surface, latency, and real-time quality while collaborating with go-to-market teams on packaging and monetization.

This role anchors Seattle and requires 5+ years in developer-facing product ownership. You’ll translate developer needs into a clear product roadmap, define success metrics, and ensure a production-ready API that

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product with direct experience owning a developer-facing API, SDK, or platform product.
• Ability to operate in an early-stage 0→1 environment where discovery and delivery run in parallel.
• Strong written communication and API design rationale writing skills.
• Based in Seattle or able to commit to regular in-person collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end Interactive Avatar API surface (SDK, docs, integration patterns).
• Coordinate with engineering/research to define roadmap and production-ready APIs.
• Translate developer feedback into a clear product direction and priorities.
• Collaborate with GTM and commercial teams to define packaging, pricing, and go-to-market plans.
• Define and track adoption, integration success, real-time quality, reliability, and business metrics.
