Job summary

Synthesia, the world’s leading AI video platform, is hiring its first product marketing specialist focused on the Interactive Avatar API. You’ll craft the GTM motion from scratch, define developer-facing positioning, and write messaging that helps engineers integrate our API into their products.

You’ll own the launch process, partner with product and engineering, and build scalable programs to reach developers and win them, laying the groundwork for future growth.

Qualifications

• You enjoy building from scratch and have a hacker mentality.
• You use gen AI video tools and stay current with new models.
• You've built with APIs: called endpoints, read samples, wired a webhook.
• You've done product marketing, growth, or developer marketing for enterprise audiences.
• You're an excellent communicator with experience managing senior stakeholders and complex programs.

Responsibilities

• You’ll craft the GTM motion from scratch for the Interactive Avatar API.
• Define developer-facing positioning and write messaging for engineers to adopt the API.
• Own the launch process and stand up the initial go-to-market program.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and partnerships to optimize developer adoption.
• Experiment with channels and content to reach and win developers at scale.
