Job summary

Infinity by Marvin is seeking a Product Manager to shape our replacement window and door portfolio. You will champion customer needs, gather market data, and drive product strategy with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Operations.

This role blends strategic thinking with hands‑on execution to grow our premium brand. Expect to lead lifecycle activities, build compelling business cases, and travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years in Product Management, Product Marketing, New Product Development, or related.
• Experience building business cases and supporting product launches.
• Knowledge of construction, building products, or home improvement industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned product development and enhancement projects through the product development process.
• Gather and analyze customer, dealer, market, and competitive insights to inform strategy and roadmap decisions.
• Represent the voice of the customer and advocate for customer needs throughout development.
• Build business cases and product recommendations using customer, market, sales, and financial data.
• Define product positioning, features, value propositions, and differentiation.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to execute launches and maintain documentation.
• Serve as a product expert, providing training and market insights to internal teams.
• Monitor product performance and suggest improvements to drive growth.
