Job summary

Infinity Replacement by Marvin is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee residential window and door replacement projects. This field-based role requires hands-on leadership, strong customer communication, and precise final measurements from start to install completion.

You'll be the primary contact for homeowners, coordinate with installation crews, manage materials and costs, and ensure projects meet Marvin's craftsmanship and quality standards. Valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• Experience managing residential construction, remodeling, or home improvement projects.
• Strong customer-facing communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to solve problems and make decisions in a fast-paced field environment.
• Experience reading construction documents and adapting plans to site conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform final field measurements to ensure windows and doors are manufactured and installed accurately.
• Review project details and develop installation solutions aligned with homeowner expectations and site conditions.
• Serve as lead field representative and primary contact for homeowners.
