Job summary

Marvin’s Infinity Replacement is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee residential window and door replacement projects. This field-based role focuses on final measurement, installation completion, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You'll act as the lead field representative, coordinate with installation crews, and ensure projects meet Marvin's craftsmanship and safety standards while managing costs, timelines, and homeowner satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience managing residential construction, remodeling, renovation, or home improvement projects.
• Strong customer-facing communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to read construction documents and adapt plans to site conditions.
• Proactive ownership-minded approach to project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform final field measurements to ensure windows/doors are manufactured and installed accurately.
• Review project details and develop installation solutions aligned with homeowner expectations.
• Lead field representative and primary contact for homeowners.
• Coordinate with installation crews and ensure project-specific requirements are met.
• Allocate materials and manage job costs and labor rates.
• Conduct final project walkthroughs and demonstrate window/door operation.
