Job summary

Infinity Replacement by Marvin, a Marvin company, is seeking a Master Installer to lead complex residential window and door projects. You will be the technical expert on the installation team, mentoring Lead Installers and newer crew while upholding Marvin's craftsmanship standards and safety expectations.

In this role you’ll train others, establish best practices, and ensure finishes meet exacting standards across premium Infinity fiberglass products.

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of window and door installation experience, including custom projects.
• Expert carpentry, trim, capping, flashing, and finishing skills.
• Experience mentoring installers and leading complex installations.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship.
• Professional communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain DOT Medical Card.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work safely on jobsites.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the highest-level technical installation expert, leading the most complex installation projects.
• Perform residential window and door installations to Marvin's quality standards.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to installation teams.
• Train, coach, and mentor Lead Installers and newer installers.
• Develop and promote installation best practices across the market.
• Complete removal, installation, trim, capping, sealing, and final fit-and-finish work.
• Identify and resolve jobsite challenges while ensuring schedules and quality.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, project managers, and internal teams.
• Complete post-installation service work, adjustments, and punch-list items.
• Maintain accurate jobsite documentation and photos.
• Promote a safe, clean, and professional jobsite, modeling best practices.
