Job summary

Infinity Replacement by Marvin is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee residential window and door replacement projects. This field-based role focuses on final measurements, installation solutions, and outstanding customer experiences from start to finish.

You will lead installations, coordinate crews, manage costs, and ensure safety and high-quality workmanship on every project.

Qualifications

• Experience managing residential construction, remodeling, or home improvement projects.
• Strong customer-facing communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to solve problems in a fast-paced field environment.
• Experience reading construction documents and adapting plans to site conditions.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform final field measurements to ensure custom windows and doors are manufactured and installed accurately.
• Review project details and develop installation solutions aligned with homeowner expectations.
• Serve as lead field representative and primary homeowner contact.
• Coordinate with installation crews and partners on project requirements.
• Provide field support and resolve installation challenges as they arise.
• Manage materials, costs, and labor rates for projects.
• Conduct final walkthroughs, including operation demos and zero-defect checks.
• Document outstanding items and ensure workmanship meets standards.
