Job summary

Infinity Replacement by Marvin is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee residential window and door replacement projects. You will be the primary on-site contact, ensuring safe, efficient execution from final measurement through installation.

This field-based role offers independence, direct homeowner interaction, and the opportunity to work with premium Marvin products across a nationwide organization. Valid driver's license and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing residential construction, remodeling, renovation, or home improvement projects.
• Strong customer-facing communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience reading construction documents and adapting plans to site conditions.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform final field measurements to ensure windows and doors are manufactured and installed correctly.
• Review project details and develop installation solutions for homeowner expectations and site conditions.
• Lead field representative and primary contact for homeowners.
• Coordinate with installation crews and communicate project expectations.
• Provide field support and resolve installation challenges as they arise.
• Allocate materials and manage job costs and labor rates.
• Identify and resolve project issues while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Conduct final project walkthroughs and demonstrate window/door operation; complete Zero-Defect checklist.
