Infinity by Marvin is seeking a Product Manager to shape the future of the Infinity Replacement Windows and Doors portfolio. You will be the voice of the customer, leveraging market insights, feedback, and data to drive product strategy and growth across cross-functional teams including Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Customer Service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, New Product Development, or related field.
• Experience gathering and applying customer, market, and competitive insights.
• Knowledge of construction, building products, or home improvement industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead product development and enhancement projects through the product development process.
• Gather and analyze customer, dealer, market, and competitive insights to inform product strategy and roadmap decisions.
• Represent the voice of the customer and advocate for customer needs throughout the development process.
• Build business cases and product recommendations using customer, market, sales, and financial data.
• Define product positioning, features, customer value propositions, and competitive differentiation.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to execute launches and maintain product documentation.
• Serve as a product expert, supporting internal teams with training and market insights.
• Monitor product performance and recommend improvements to drive growth and satisfaction.
• Support product lifecycle activities including enhancements and portfolio optimization.
