Job summary

Heartland Dental is seeking a Product Manager in Effingham, IL to join the IT Technology Transformation Team. You will partner with stakeholders to define product roadmaps for practice management software, prioritize requests, and communicate plans to internal teams.

The role emphasizes collaboration across IT, Operations, and vendor partners to deliver innovative solutions that support dental offices and patient care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software product management or as an application specialist.
• Dental software experience is preferred.
• Strong communication with all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to identify needs and define product requirements.
• Engage with Applications Development and IT teams to deliver software projects.
• Lead implementation pilots, testing, and user communications.
• Provide Level III support and liaise with vendor partners.
• Define configuration templates and standard operating procedures.
