Job summary

Heartland Dental LLC in Oak Park is seeking a Practice Manager of Operations to partner with Doctors, guide the team, and focus on delivering exceptional patient care in a fast-paced dental office.

You will drive strategic goals, oversee training, and lead meetings to ensure alignment with business and clinical objectives, while fostering a collaborative culture and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree or 3–5 years of leadership experience in a professional office, healthcare, or similar setting.
• Experience in fast-paced, customer-centric environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete PMO training to develop leadership and technical skills.
• Develop and pursue annual top 10 business goals and 16 personal development goals.
• Ensure goals and priorities of Doctors and teams are achieved through servant leadership.
• Lead monthly synergy meetings and weekly team huddles to drive alignment.
• Support Doctors by planning and monitoring CE and education programs.
• Identify future team growth and assist in recruitment for open positions.
