Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as software product manager, or application specialist, or equivalent. Dental software experience preferred.
• Highly developed communication skills (written, verbal, presentation) with ability to work with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to listen, build rapport, and gain credibility as a strategic partner within the business unit and teams.
• Experience negotiating conflicts and managing stakeholder expectations to achieve win-win outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to identify needs and analyze gaps between current solutions and desired outcomes to define product requirements.
• Engage cross-functional teams to deliver on practice management software projects.
• Establish relationships with software vendors for delivery and implementation.
• Create implementation pilot plans and user acceptance testing for software rollouts.
• Provide Level III support and liaison with vendor partners for issue resolution.
• Define configuration templates for new solutions in collaboration with Heartland stakeholders.
