• 5+ years of experience in product management or related domain.
• Advanced knowledge of the product development lifecycle, design, and data analytics.
• Experience leading end-to-end product lifecycle activities including discovery, ideation, development, and value management.
• Proven ability to engage with both technology and business stakeholders.
• Proficiency in data analytics to inform prioritization and decisions.
• Deep experience with risk, controls, compliance and regulatory requirements in delivery.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex ideas for executives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management to influence cross-functional outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develops a product strategy and vision that delivers customer value.
• Manages discovery efforts and market research to inform the roadmap.
• Owns and maintains the product backlog to support the strategic roadmap.
• Builds metrics for cost, features, risk, and reliability; tracks success.
• Directs end-to-end delivery from intake to deployment and operationalization.
