Job summary

Exostar is seeking a Product Manager for New Product Growth in the Supply Chain space. You will lead early-stage discovery, validate product ideas with customers, and define how buyers and suppliers derive value from new offerings.

You will collaborate with a Product Designer and an Engineer to validate feasibility, test pricing, and shape a product-led growth strategy while navigating short development cycles and gate decisions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product management at B2B SaaS.
• Experience with supply chain related products (sourcing, procurement, supplier management, order/shipment management, demand planning, or supply chain visibility).
• Experience with a two-sided market or network product and understanding of adopter needs on both sides.
• Demonstrated skill in customer interviewing and surveys, synthesis, and turning findings into a product spec.
• Experience testing pricing or willingness to pay with customers.
• Clear written communication and comfort presenting evidence to senior leaders.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run customer discovery with buyers and suppliers.
• Describe customer workflows and define product obligations and workflows.
• Test pricing and buying models during discovery.
• Write testable hypotheses and design experiments with product designer and engineer.
• Define two-sided value and growth mechanics for product-led growth.
• Lead pre-release engagement and pilots with prospects and customers.
• Prepare evidence for gate reviews and support scaled development.
