Job summary

Exostar is seeking a Product Manager for New Product Growth in Supply Chain to lead early-stage ideas from discovery through validation. You will partner with a Product Designer and an Engineer to understand customer workflows, define capabilities, and validate feasibility and business viability.

This role thrives on ambiguity and rapid cycles. You will drive discovery, quantify willingness to pay, prototype with cross-functional teams, and help bring products from conception to the gate review

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product management at B2B SaaS.
• Experience with supply chain related products.
• Experience with a two-sided market or network product.
• Demonstrated skill in customer interviewing and surveys, synthesis.
• Experience testing pricing or willingness to pay with customers.
• Clear written communication and comfort presenting evidence to senior leaders.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run discovery for ideas with buyers and suppliers.
• Turn interview findings into customer workflows and problems to define required product capabilities.
• Test willingness to pay and buying model during discovery.
• Write testable hypotheses and design experiments with the team.
• Use AI to speed up interview synthesis, market research, and prototyping.
• Define how the product works for both sides of the market and its adoption.
• Test product-led growth mechanics and growth loops with analytics.
• Recruit and manage pilots during the 0 to 1 lifecycle.
• Prepare evidence for gate review with clear recommendations and data.
• Work with existing product teams to scale validated ideas.
