Job summary

Exostar is seeking a Product Manager, New Product Growth to lead discoveries for new product ideas within our aerospace and defense buyer/supplier network. You will work with a Product Designer and an Engineer to identify problems worth solving, validate solutions, and assess business viability in short cycles.

You will plan customer discovery, map workflows, test pricing, write hypotheses, and shape two-sided design and growth strategies. Cross-functional collaboration is key.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product management at B2B SaaS, with discovery or early-stage product work.
• Launch and growth of B2B SaaS products sold to enterprises including pricing, packaging, and adoption.
• Experience with a two-sided market or network product.
• Demonstrated skill in customer interviewing, synthesis, and turning findings into a product spec.
• Experience testing pricing or willingness to pay with customers.
• Experience with product-led growth motions and product analytics.
• Clear written communication and ability to present evidence to senior leaders.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run customer discovery for your idea with buyers and suppliers.
• Describe customer workflows and problems to define product requirements.
• Test willingness to pay and buying model during discovery.
• Write testable hypotheses and design experiments with the team.
• Use AI to speed up interviews, research, and prototyping.
• Define how the product works for both market sides and value creation.
• Define and test product-led growth mechanics using analytics.
• Recruit prospects for pilots and manage pre-release engagement.
• Prepare the evidence package for gate reviews and recommendations.
• Collaborate with existing product teams or lead new product initiatives.
