Job summary

Exostar seeks a Senior Product Owner for Supply Chain to own the backlog, define KPIs, and drive roadmap for procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and visibility capabilities. You will partner with Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, and customers to shape requirements and prioritize releases.

You will lead new features end-to-end from problem discovery to launch, manage trade-offs for performance and usability, and ensure compliance with aerospace/defense regulatory contexts.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product ownership/management or business analysis with backlog ownership experience
• Domain experience in manufacturing or supply chain processes
• Experience owning a B2B SaaS or cloud application
• Track record of delivering zero-to-one features/products
• Experience defining and tracking KPIs for prioritization
• Strong analytical skills translating business needs into requirements
• Experience with Agile and Jira/Confluence
• Experience using AI tools in product ownership with proper validation

Responsibilities

• Own backlog and roadmap for product area and justify build order
• Define KPIs and report results to management
• Turn customer/business needs into user stories with clear acceptance criteria
• Plan sprint and release readiness, decide when to ship
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather process insights
• Lead new features from problem to launch and test with customers
• Coordinate with engineering on technical vision and data requirements
• Plan and run user acceptance testing and ensure release readiness
• Prioritize support/defect resolution by impact
• Leverage AI to speed backlog work and plan AI-enabled features
• Ensure regulatory compliance considerations are reflected in product requirements
• Maintain stakeholder alignment across sales, CS, support, marketing, and operations
