Job summary

Exostar is expanding its product growth function and seeks a Director of New Product Growth to source, validate, and launch growth ideas across aerospace and defense markets.

You will lead discovery with prime contractors, Tier 1 buyers, and suppliers, drive customer interviews, experiments, and pricing research, and run a cross-functional team of Product Managers and Designers through pilots and initial launches.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in product management, including 5+ years leading product teams, in B2B SaaS.
• Experience building or scaling two-sided marketplaces or networks.
• Proven ability to bring new products from zero to first paying customers.

Responsibilities

• Own the innovation portfolio and stage-gate process.
• Lead discovery with customers and field teams to identify problems worth solving.
• Manage budget, cross-functional launches, and executive reporting.
