Job summary

Exostar is seeking a Product Manager for New Product Growth to lead early-stage discovery and validation for new product ideas within its aerospace and defense buyer/supplier network. You will collaborate with a Product Designer and an Engineer to identify problems worth solving and determine business viability for B2B SaaS offerings.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product management at B2B SaaS.
• Experience launching and growing B2B SaaS for enterprises, including pricing, packaging, and adoption.
• Experience with a two-sided market or network product.
• Demonstrated skill in customer interviewing and synthesis, turning findings into a clear product spec.
• Experience testing pricing or willingness to pay with customers.
• Experience with product-led growth motions, activation, and growth analytics.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run customer discovery with buyers and suppliers.
• Turn interview findings into clear customer workflows and product requirements.
• Define what product must do, and how adoption occurs across both sides of the market.
• Test hypotheses, design experiments, and prototype tests with the team.
• Define and measure product-led growth mechanics, activation, and time to value.
• Lead pilots and pre-release engagements with prospects and customers.
• Prepare evidence and data for gate reviews and future development decisions.
• Collaborate with product teams to scale validated ideas.
