Job summary

NRS is seeking a product manager to lead the mobile merchant experience and growth across multi-location POS capabilities. You’ll partner with the head of product to shape strategy, prioritize roadmaps, and deliver scalable features that simplify merchant workflows.

You will spend significant time with merchants, define user stories and acceptance criteria, and collaborate with engineering and design to ship high-quality features. This role requires strong ownership in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience building and scaling SaaS products.
• Experience in the POS space and SMB/consumer-oriented usability.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; cross-functional leadership.
• Hybrid work: three days per week in an NRS office.
• Own full product lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration.

Responsibilities

• Own the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration.
• Spend significant time with merchants to understand workflows and pain points.
• Define strategy, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature specs.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to deliver scalable features with quality.
• Drive roadmap prioritization using customer insights, market trends, analytics and business goals.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, onboarding, and support to ensure product-market fit and adoption.
• Analyze competitive offerings and industry trends to identify differentiation opportunities.
• Define and monitor key product metrics to improve outcomes and performance.
