Job summary

IDT Corporation's National Retail Solutions (NRS) unit is seeking a driven Product Manager to own the mobile merchant experience and multi-location POS capabilities. You will partner with the head of product to shape strategy, prioritise roadmap, and deliver scalable features for SMB merchants.

You'll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, operations, go-to-market and executive leadership to translate complex workflows into intuitive experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS products.
• Experience leading mobile features and experiences (3+ years preferred).
• Strong ability to translate workflows into intuitive user experiences.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration.
• Engage with merchants and staff to understand workflows and pain points.
• Define strategy, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and specs.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to deliver scalable features.
• Drive roadmap prioritization using insights and business objectives.
• Analyze market trends and competitive offerings for differentiation.
• Monitor product metrics and advocate voice of the customer.
