Job summary
IDT Corporation is seeking a driven Product Manager to lead the mobile merchant experience and grow multi-location POS capabilities. You will partner with the head of product to shape strategy, roadmap, and delivery for NRS POS features, working cross-functionally to solve merchant workflows and drive product adoption.
You will spend time with merchants and staff to understand pain points, translate them into clear requirements, and collaborate with engineering and design to deliver high-quality
Qualifications
- Experience building and scaling SaaS products.
- Strong product discovery, prioritization, and problem solving.
- Experience leading mobile features and experiences.
- Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Own the full product lifecycle—from discovery to launch and iteration.
- Understand merchant workflows and operational pain points through field insights.
- Define strategy, user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature specs.
- Partner with engineering and design to deliver scalable features with speed.
- Drive roadmap prioritization using customer insights and analytics.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, onboarding, and support to ensure product-market fit.
