Job summary
JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Product Manager in Data Reporting to drive the end-to-end life cycle of innovative products, represent the voice of the customer, and ensure scalable, high-quality offerings that delight clients.
As a Vice President in the Migration Product organization, you will plan and execute large-scale client migrations from legacy platforms to modern targets, coordinating with business, product, migration, and technology teams to minimize disruption and deliver reliable
Qualifications
- 8+ years in product management, migration strategy, or platform modernization.
- Proven track record leading large migrations from legacy to modern platforms.
- Experience in gap analysis, requirements definition, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead migration planning and execution for client transitions.
- Perform detailed gap analysis between legacy and modern platforms.
- Define Day 1 and Day 2 migration strategies and success criteria.
- Own migration requirements and prioritize epics, features, and user stories.
- Drive delivery of migration-related enhancements with engineering teams.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation on migration strategies and decisions.
- Facilitate cross-functional decision-making with stakeholders.
- Prepare executive updates on migration progress and risks.
- Champion continuous improvement of migration processes.
