Job summary

You will create clear documentation, run focused sessions, manage multiple migrations, and help reduce risk while ensuring a consistent client experience across payments and digital channels.

Qualifications

• Experience designing client-impacting migrations for payments platforms or digital channels.
• Ability to produce delivery-ready docs such as SOWs, requirements, and runbooks.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional working sessions with clear outcomes.
• Strong project management: scope, timelines, dependencies, risks.
• Experience teaming with technical partners to plan activities and cutover readiness.
• Knowledge of payments, cash management, or merchant services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and document migration approaches for in-scope platform and channel migrations.
• Produce Statements of Work outlining scope, assumptions, dependencies, milestones, risks, readiness.
• Lead migration forums to drive alignment and decision-making.
• Partner with product, implementation, technology, sales, risk/compliance to confirm requirements.
• Manage multiple migrations concurrently, balancing timelines and resources.
• Identify impacts and coordinate preparedness with regional and functional partners.
• Serve as escalation point for migration design questions and triage.
• Identify process gaps and work with partners to implement fixes.
• Maintain knowledge of digital channels and services; translate changes to migration implications.
• Develop guidance, playbooks, and lessons learned for consistency.
