Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a senior Product Manager - Data Reporting with a focus on migrations to lead end-to-end product life cycles and large-scale client transitions.

As a VP in the Migration Product organization, you will plan, govern, and drive strategies across legacy-to-modern platforms, collaborating with business, technology, and risk teams to deliver value and minimize disruption. This role demands strategic thinking, stakeholder influence, and a track record of successful migrations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management, migration strategy, or platform modernization.
• Experience leading large-scale migrations from legacy systems to modern platforms.
• Proven success performing gap analysis, requirements definition, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery.
• Experience in highly complex, cross-functional environments with evolving priorities.
• Experience collaborating with engineering to define, prioritize, and deliver strategic enhancements.
• Financial services, payments, merchant services, or technology platform migration experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead migration planning and execution for client transitions to modern target platforms.
• Perform gap analysis between legacy and modern platforms, document gaps affecting migration readiness.
• Define Day 1 and Day 2 migration strategies, including interim solutions and target-state capabilities.
• Own migration requirements and prioritization, translate gaps into epics, features, and user stories in Agile.
• Drive delivery of migration-enhancements, remove blockers, monitor progress, manage dependencies.
• Maintain documentation including Confluence pages, strategies, requirements, and risk assessments.
• Facilitate cross-functional decision-making; communicate trade-offs and client impacts.
• Align with product, technology, operations, risk, and migration teams on priorities and plans.
• Track governance activities: approvals, decisions, issue resolution, changes, executive updates.
• Prepare executive-level updates with risks, dependencies, and key decisions for leadership.
• Champion process improvements to onboarding, client experience, and legacy decommissioning.
