Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Migration Design Manager to define end-to-end migration approaches for client-impacting platform and channel changes. You will partner across product, implementation, technology, and client service teams to plan delivery and support a consistent client experience.

You’ll create clear documentation and lead sessions aligning scope, timelines, and readiness. You will guide multiple migrations, identify risks, and work with governance and risk stakeholders to

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering client-impacting migrations for payments or digital channels (e.g., migration strategy, runbooks).
• Ability to create delivery-ready documentation such as Statements of Work, requirements, and plans.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional sessions with clear agendas, decisions, and follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Define and document migration approaches tailored to product families and client needs.
• Produce Statements of Work outlining scope, milestones, risks, and readiness criteria.
• Lead migration forums to drive alignment and decision-making.
• Collaborate with product, implementation, technology, sales, and risk/compliance to confirm requirements.
• Manage multiple migrations, balancing timelines, resources, and priorities.
• Coordinate preparedness activities with regional and functional partners.
