Job summary

SpotOn is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own the Merchant Dashboard, the central control center for restaurant operators. You will define how merchants configure, monitor, and grow their business across SpotOn’s software suite, shaping information architecture, interactions, personalization, and monetization surfaces.

You’ll work with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Data Science, and GTM teams to turn vision into reality, ensuring the product delivers measurable value for operators

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience, preferably with restaurant or hospitality software.
• Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle and delivering scalable products.
• Technically fluent with APIs and systems architecture at a high level.
• Metrics-driven with data to back decisions and clear cross-functional communication.
• Experience in restaurant or hospitality environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define the product strategy for SpotOn restaurant software.
• Own and manage the product roadmap with data-informed trade-offs.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Data Science, and GTM teams to deliver features.
• Lead experimentation cycles and use insights to guide decisions.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and advocate for the customer.
