SpotOn is seeking an experienced Product Manager who loves bars and restaurants to shape the future of restaurant software. You will partner with RnD leadership and cross-functional teams to define strategy, roadmaps, and the features that help operators run better shifts and boost profitability.

• 4+ years of product management experience in restaurant or hospitality software.
• Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle.

• Ability to put yourself in the customer’s shoes to understand their needs and how they interact with our products.
• Past restaurant experience, especially working in a restaurant or bar, is a serious plus

• Build relationships with key business partners and other brand stakeholders to serve as the internal and external evangelist for your product.
• Collaborate with other stakeholders, such as product marketing, on the creation of positioning for your products.

Product Manager - Restaurant Operations

We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about bars & restaurants, building innovative products, and impacting the 15 million people who live and work in the restaurant space. This Product Manager will work closely with RnD leadership to create strategy, define roadmaps, and collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Data Science, and GTM teams to define and build the future of running successful shifts in a restaurant.

You will:

• Be an integral part of defining the product strategy for SpotOn restaurant software suite

• Manage the product roadmap, making strategic adjustments as needed based on client needs, data, and business priority.

• Be innovative in your approach to product vision and design.

• Work with multiple cross-functional teams to elicit, understand, rationalize, and prioritize requests for new functionality.

• Ability to put yourself in the customer’s shoes to understand their needs and how they interact with our products.

• Ability to make decisions with imperfect information, know how to lead without authority, and be comfortable managing chaos, ambiguity, and complexity.

• Past restaurant experience, especially working in a restaurant or bar, is a serious plus

Compensation:

• Our base pay range starts at $180,000 -$215,000/year for this role

• Please note the salary range listed is just one component of a competitive compensation package which includes a company stock plan

• Offers will be reflective of the candidate’s location and experience.
