Job summary

SpotOn is seeking an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about bars and restaurants, building innovative products, and impacting millions in the restaurant space. You will collaborate with RnD leadership and cross-functional teams to define strategy, roadmaps, and the future of running successful shifts in a restaurant.

This role emphasizes data-driven decision making, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering high-quality products that meet operator needs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant product management experience, preferably in restaurant or hospitality software.
• Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and delivering quality products.
• Metrics-driven approach using data to inform decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects iteratively.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to empathize with customers and understand their needs.
• Comfort leading without authority in chaotic, ambiguous environments.
• Past restaurant experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define the product strategy for SpotOn restaurant software suite.
• Manage the product roadmap and adjust based on client needs and business priority.
• Be innovative in product vision and design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to elicit and prioritize requests for new functionality.
• Assess market trends, client preferences, and competitive landscape to stay ahead.
• Continuously test and leverage insights to inform decisions.
• Build relationships with business partners and stakeholders as the product evangelist.
• Work with product marketing on positioning for your products.
