Job summary

SpotOn is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own the Merchant Dashboard, the central control center for restaurant operators within our software suite. You will define navigation, configuration, monitoring, and growth across SpotOn’s products, shaping information architecture and monetization surfaces.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Data Science to turn vision into reality, delivering high-impact solutions for 15 million restaurant operators and their teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant product management experience, preferably with restaurant or hospitality software.
• Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle and scalable products across multiple platforms.
• Technically fluent and able to discuss APIs and systems architecture at a high level.
• Metrics-driven work style leveraging data for decisions.
• Exceptional communication skills for cross-functional stakeholders.
• Restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy for SpotOn restaurant software suite.
• Own and manage the product roadmap with data-informed trade-offs.
• Bring innovative product design and vision, challenging assumptions.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Data Science, Ops and GTM.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to drive differentiation.
• Lead experimentation and learning cycles to inform decisions.
• Cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate on product positioning with marketing.
