Job summary

Happen Bank is seeking a strategic Product Manager to lead expansion in lending products and partner programs. You will drive roadmap, onboard new Home Improvement and Purchase Finance partners, and modernize our loan servicing platform to support diverse products.

You will collaborate with engineering, Compliance, and business teams to ensure scalable, compliant solutions that improve borrower experience across an expanding set of products.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, 2–3 years in loan servicing/payments/fintech expansion.
• Experience launching loan products and onboarding lending partners.
• Experience integrating large-scale or legacy systems into servicing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own and build the roadmap for expanding lending capabilities into new product areas and partner programs.
• Define requirements for onboarding new partners and ensuring systems support terms.
• Lead partner onboarding and end-to-end integration with the lending platform.
• Define new loan type capabilities and data quality standards.
• Translate business requirements into detailed specs for new loan types and servicing workflows.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and Risk to meet regulatory standards.
