Job summary

Upgrade, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Home Improvement loan product in a hybrid role based in downtown San Francisco.

You will own key initiatives influencing merchant and customer experiences, lead cross-functional teams, and drive measurable outcomes. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in product management, strong API and data analytics experience, and familiarity with lending regulations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with KPI-driven outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or technical degree a plus.
• Experience with financial services APIs, integration architectures, data analytics platforms, A/B testing, and SQL.
• Strong understanding of lending regulations, underwriting, and credit risk.
• Exceptional stakeholder management to align diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead strategy and execution for Upgrade's Home Improvement product.
• Own merchant and customer experiences, and optimize conversion funnels.
• Lead end-to-end initiatives from concept to delivery and post-launch optimization.
• Drive API integrations and monetization opportunities with fintech partners.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Risk, and Compliance on roadmaps and plans.
• Translate insights and market trends into prioritized requirements.
