Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
5+ years in financial services, especially consumer finance or loan servicing.
3+ years in product management or enterprise software leadership.

Responsibilities

Define product strategy and roadmaps for lending applications and modernization projects.
Lead and coach a team of Business Analysts; manage priorities and deliverables.
Collaborate with Operations, Compliance, Lending Leadership, and software teams to meet regulatory and business needs.
Translate business requirements into functional specs, rules, workflows, and stories.
