Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Product Manager for Business Technology to own internal Claude-based products and automation. You will embed with internal teams such as Legal, IT, GTM, Product, Finance, and Security to translate needs into clear priorities and ship software that changes outcomes.

Qualifications

• Deep product management experience with ownership of internal-team products.
• Shipped products that measurably changed how a team or function works.
• Collaborated with engineering, IT, and security on technical products.
• Clear written and verbal communication; can explain tradeoffs to executives and engineers.
• Comfortable operating with ambiguity and prioritizing across competing requests.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for Claude-powered internal products and automation across one or more customer functions.
• Run intake and prioritization to focus on high-impact problems with clear answers.
• Write crisp problem statements and requirements for engineers.
• Ship iteratively and gather feedback to improve post-launch outcomes.
• Define adoption metrics and report business impact on a regular cadence.
• Partner with IT, Security, Legal, and Finance on governance and data handling.
