Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Product Manager for Business Technology to own Claude-powered internal products, collaborating with Legal, IT, GTM, Finance, Security, and Product teams to remove friction and ship automation that changes outcomes.

You will own outcomes, write precise problem statements, and define metrics. Partner with engineering and security to ensure secure, scalable internal systems and drive adoption with strong business impact.

Qualifications

• Deep product management experience with ownership of internal-team products.
• Experience shipping products that measurably changed a team’s workflow.
• Collaborated with engineering, IT, and security on technical products.
• Clear written and verbal communication; can explain tradeoffs to executives and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for Claude-powered internal products and automation across one or more customer functions.
• Run intake and prioritization to ensure high-impact problems are addressed first.
• Write crisp problem statements and requirements engineers can act on without rework.
• Ship iteratively, gather feedback, and improve after launch.
• Define adoption roadmaps and success metrics, and report impact regularly.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, IT, and Security to align on requirements and governance.
• Maintain security and data-handling considerations for internal systems.
