Job summary

IDEX Corporation’s Pulsafeeder business is seeking a Product Manager to develop and execute product strategies for its diaphragm and pump portfolios at the Florida facility. You will own the full lifecycle from market assessment to launches, working with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Distributor Partners to grow market share and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of product management experience in industrial/manufactured settings.
• Experience with distribution channels and indirect sales.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, pricing and market segmentation.
• Knowledge of pumps, fluid handling systems, or related technologies.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Own the Diaphragm Pump, Peristaltic Pump, and Controller product lines at the Florida facility.
• Develop and execute product line strategies to drive revenue growth and margins.
• Own full product lifecycle including launches, optimization, and rationalization.
• Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead initiatives to address declining volumes and improve market penetration.
• Collaborate with distributor networks to expand market coverage and sales effectiveness.
• Develop pricing strategies and business cases to improve profitability.
• Create and maintain product roadmaps aligned with objectives and technology trends.
• Forecast demand, revenue, and opportunities to support planning.
• Serve as voice of the customer from feedback to actionable initiatives.
• Support Sales and Marketing with positioning, training materials, and content.
• Communicate strategy and performance updates to leadership.
• Travel up to 25% for customer visits and events.
