The Product Manager develops and executes product strategies that drive profitable growth across Pulsafeeder's product portfolio. This role owns the product lifecycle from market assessment and competitive positioning through pricing, portfolio optimization, new product introduction, and end-of-life management. The Product Manager works closely with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Distributor Partners to increase market share, improve channel performance, and address volume challenges within key product lines. The role serves as the voice of the market and customer, leveraging industry knowledge, competitive insights, and distributor relationships to identify growth opportunities and drive business results. Reporting to the Business Line Leader, this position plays a critical role in shaping the business's future direction and supporting strategic growth initiatives.
This position operates in a manufacturing office setting and involves regular use of standard office equipment. The role requires the ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods while performing computer-based tasks. The employee will occasionally move about the office or nearby production areas to access equipment, attend meetings, or communicate with team members. The individual must be able to communicate effectively with coworkers and external parties in person, over the phone, and through digital platforms.
