Job summary

IDEX's Pulsafeeder EPO unit is seeking a Product Manager to shape the strategy and lifecycle for the Diaphragm and Rotary Gear pump lines.

You will partner with Sales, Engineering, and Operations to drive growth, optimize the portfolio, and deliver market-driven solutions for customers worldwide. Travel up to 25% is expected.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related discipline and several years of product management experience in engineered products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related technical discipline required.
• Five+ years of product management in engineered products or related industries.
• Strong understanding of lifecycle management, market analysis, pricing, and commercialization.
• Experience collaborating with Engineering on new product development and roadmaps.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Manage Diaphragm and Rotary Gear product portfolios and lifecycle.
• Develop growth strategies to increase revenue, profitability, and market share.
• Define product requirements with Engineering and prioritize roadmaps.
• Support projects with market expertise and customer applications.
• Forecast demand and contribute to annual operating plans.
• Present strategy and performance updates to leadership.
