Job summary

IDEX Corporation is seeking a Product Manager for Warren Rupp to drive product strategy, lifecycle management, and portfolio performance. You will partner with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations to ensure successful development, commercialization, and lifecycle stewardship of pump-focused product lines.

Responsibilities include shaping roadmaps, analyzing market trends, and delivering customer value and profitable growth across industrial markets wereldwijd.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or related field required; MBA strongly preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in Product Management, Marketing, Engineering, Sales, or related roles within industrial equipment industries.
• Foundational knowledge of pump hydraulics, design, and applications is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product line strategies and roadmaps for assigned product lines.
• Manage the product portfolio throughout its lifecycle, including new product introductions and end-of-life planning.
• Lead VOC initiatives and engage with distributors, end users, and industry stakeholders to understand customer needs.
• Evaluate and prioritize new product opportunities and develop business cases and product requirements.
