Job summary

IDEX is seeking a Product Manager in the United States to own strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for Warren Rupp product lines. You’ll translate customer and market insights into product requirements and drive portfolio decisions with engineering, sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain partners.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, market analysis, and strong knowledge of pumps/ fluid handling.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Product Management, Marketing, Engineering, Sales, or related roles within pump, fluid handling, or related industrial equipment industries.
• Foundational knowledge of pump hydraulics, design, and applications is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop product strategy and roadmaps for assigned product lines.
• Manage the product portfolio lifecycle, including new introductions and end-of-life planning.
• Translate VOC and market insights into product requirements and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Project Management, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain.
• Represent the company at customer events, trade shows, and industry conferences.
• Evaluate new product opportunities and develop business cases for investment.
