Job summary

IDEX in Florida is seeking a Product Manager to develop and execute strategies for Pulsafeeder’s diaphragm pumps, peristaltic pumps and controllers. You will own the lifecycle from market assessment to end-of-life, partnering with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Marketing and distributors to grow revenue and market share.

Reporting to the Business Line Leader, you will create roadmaps, analyze market trends, build business cases, and lead cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of product management experience in industrial/engineered products.
• Experience with distribution channels and pricing strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own the full product lifecycle from launches to end-of-life management.
• Develop and execute product line strategies to grow revenue and market share.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Marketing and distributor partners.
